CIMA’s automated phone appointment system enables your customers to make an appointment with your dealership 24/7/365. Working under the same rules as the CIMA web appointment system, customers will be able to make a confirmed appointment based on your service department availability. Your dealership will receive a “toll free” hotline that customers may call to make their desired appointment. With CIMA’s automated phone appointment system your customer will be automatically recognized and logged into their specific vehicle(s), as defined by their phone number within your dealer management system.
